The agreement between you and AivoPlay. The heart of it: we give you a player, you bring the playlist, and what you choose to play through it is your responsibility.
AivoPlay is a media player application. It reads playlists in M3U format and the Xtream Codes API, and plays the streams they point at.
AivoPlay does not provide, sell, host, bundle, curate or redistribute any television channels, films or other content. It ships with no playlist and no channels. Every stream you watch comes from a service you have arranged yourself, supplied by a third party we have no relationship with.
AivoPlay is free. There is no subscription, no paid tier, no in-app purchase and no trial that converts into a charge. We never ask you for payment details. It is developed and released by an independent development team rather than a registered company, and is made available worldwide.
By downloading, installing or using AivoPlay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. If you are under that age, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and supervise your use.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use AivoPlay on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
All intellectual property in the app — its code, name, logo and design — remains ours.
You are solely responsible for the playlists, credentials and streams you add to AivoPlay, and for making sure you have the right to access them.
You confirm that any content you access through the app is obtained lawfully and that your use complies with the terms of your provider and with copyright law in your country. We do not verify, endorse or monitor what your playlist contains, and we have no ability to grant you rights to any of it.
Your relationship with your IPTV provider — payment, service quality, channel availability, account suspension — is entirely between you and them. We are not a party to it and cannot resolve disputes about it.
You agree not to use AivoPlay to:
Recording features exist for personal, time-shifted viewing where that is lawful where you live. Recording and redistributing copyrighted material is not permitted.
We work to keep AivoPlay reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and may end support for a platform or an older app version. Playback depends on your provider, your network and your device — factors outside our control.
AivoPlay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, or that any particular stream will play.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of AivoPlay. Because AivoPlay is supplied free of charge, and we receive no payment from you of any kind, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us — which is nil — or USD 50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions — in which case the limitations above apply only as far as the law allows.
You may stop using AivoPlay at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. On termination the licence ends and you must stop using the app; sections that by their nature survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability — continue to apply.
AivoPlay is released worldwide by an independent development team, not by a registered company in any single country. We therefore do not impose a choice of law or a foreign court on you: any dispute is governed by the law of your own country of residence, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
Your local law comes first. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country, and where a provision here conflicts with that law, your local law wins and the rest of these terms continue to apply.
You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply where you are. Rules on IPTV, retransmission, private copying and time-shifted recording differ substantially between countries — something lawful in one place may not be in another, and only you can know which rules apply to you.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
